After creating one of the biggest festival brands in the entire electronic dance music scene, Shaquille O’Neal is taking Shaq’s Bass All Stars to the next level with his biggest one to date in Dallas, Texas! Featuring a lineup of the world’s most recognizable and underground bass acts, all curated by Shaq himself, better known as “Shaq’s Bass All Stars: The Festival” will be a 15,000+ person music festival and the perfect way for the entire electronic music community to party with the dubstep dad himself.

How do I get Tickets?

Is the Event All Ages?

Shaq’s Bass All Stars is open to fans who are ages 18 and above. To purchase and consume alcohol, you must be at least 21 years of age.

What Food and Beverage are available?

A wide variety of food and beverage vendors are present at Shaq’s Bass All Stars: The Festival. Beer and Liquor will be available for guests 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Please note that all our concession stands are cashless.

We accept credit or debit cards only. Cash is not accepted.

What do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets grant access to Shaq’s Bass All Stars, the VIP hospitality areas, and the VIP viewing area by the main stage. VIP tickets also grant access to dedicated VIP-only restrooms, expedited VIP entry into the venue, and dedicated VIP customer service. All VIP tickets include a collectible laminate that can be picked up at the box office.

Are There any more VIP Tickets available?

When does the parking lot to the venue open?

The parking lot opens at 2:00PM. Please arrive on time if you plan to park.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is $10 per car in the General Admission. Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX). Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay will all be accepted.

How do I contact Lost & Found?

Lost & Found is located just inside the entrance to the festival from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. After 11:30 PM, Lost & Found can be found at the Ticket Help tent just outside the festival entrance until 12:30 AM.

What will I need to bring to Shaq’s Bass All Stars to ensure a smooth entry?

When it comes to essentials, we highly advise you wear a pair of comfy dancin’ shoes, a big smile, and dress for the fest’ in rave attire. Don’t leave home without your ticket and a valid photo ID! You must bring:

Your Ticket or Wristband.
Your Valid Photo ID.
ComFortable Clothing and Shoes.
Smiles and Good Vibes.
Festival Costumes Encouraged.

WHAT FORMS OF ID ARE ACCEPTABLE?

Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth.
US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.).
DMV Paper ID (a photo on the Paper ID is required). Please note, at the discretion of security, a 2nd form of ID, such as a passport or government-issued ID, may be required to verify age.

License/Identification Card issued in countries other than the U.S. or Canada.
Birth Certificate.

Will there be a security screening before entering Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

All attendees (including media and guests) will be searched prior to entry with a TSA-style search, which includes emptying your pockets and bags, a full pat-down, an examination of items brought with you, and potentially removal of your shoes. Police officers work both inside and outside our events with the aid of K9 units. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

What is the code of conduct at Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

NO Re-entry or Ins & Outs.
NO Refunds or Exchanges.
NO Sitting on Designated Dance Floor Areas.
NO Moshing, Crowd Surfing, or Stage Diving.
NO Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors Allowed.
NO Unauthorized Solicitations, Handbills, Sampling, Giveaways, etc.
NO Camping in Parking Lots.

Are there restrictions to what I can bring to Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

Yes! The following items are not allowed in Shaq’s Bass All Stars under any circumstance.

Violation of this will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

NO Unsealed Over the Counter Medications or Vitamins.
NO Vicks Inhaler, VapoInhalers.
NO Animals (except service animals).
NO Massagers.
NO Laser Pointers.
NO Pacifiers.

NO Glass, Cans, Cups, or Coolers.

NO Helium Balloons.

NO Costumes that Resemble Public Safety Uniforms (Police, SWAT, Fire, Security, or Medical).

NO Professional-Grade Tripods, Monopods, Go-Pro Sticks.
NO Fireworks, Flammable Products, Projectiles, or Explosives.
NO Chinese Lanterns.
NO Weapons of any Kind (Including Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, etc).
NO Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video, or Audio (Including Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Big Zooms, etc).
NO Vending Without Permit.
NO Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
NO Bicycles, Scooters, Go Carts, Skate Boards, Hoverboards, or ATVs.
NO Open Fires or Grills.
NO Generators.
NO Pets (Unless it’s a service animal).
NO Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.

Will I be allowed to bring a totem to Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

Yes! Wave your festival pride sky high and spread the good vibes far and wide. Get crafty and don’t hold back on a DIY decorating project, just keep the following totem guidelines in mind to ensure your SHAQ’s Bass All Stars gear passes through the gates with ease.

Totems must be made from lightweight materials (e.g., foam, thin-walled PVC).
No metal, points or sharp items.
Totems must be under 10 feet tall.
Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow).
Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
Thin-walled PVC or light wood poles must be no thicker than 1 inch diameter.
We recommend decorated pool noodles for easy entrance through security.
Any item deemed dangerous, promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted.

Totems must be a maximum of 10ft max length/height to enter the event. Any totem presented over 10ft size can either:

Amend totem to the proper allowed size.
Take it back to their vehicle.
Store at Lost & Found until the guest leaves.

Will there be First Aid tents at Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

Yes! In the First Aid tents located throughout the festival, you’ll find teams of medical practitioners ready to care for your every need. If you or a friend is not feeling well, are lightheaded, nauseated, or have another medical need like blisters or a headache, please visit our friendly medical staff and feel free to ask a festival team member for assistance.

Will there be lockers at Shaq’s Bass All Stars?

Keep your hands-free on the dance floor by renting a personal locker, plus the option to include a phone charger. Yours for the duration of the festival.

enjoy unlimited access as you hit the dance floor all day and night.
Measuring approximately 8″ high x 11″ wide x 17″ deep, a personal locker allows you to safely stash your belongings.
Stowaway things you don’t want to carry, plus keep your phone battery fully charged.
For extra convenience, choose a locker with phone charging capabilities.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is allowed in the venue in designated smoking areas. The consumption of marijuana is not permitted at Shaq’s Bass All Stars.

No Weapons Policy

To ensure that Shaq’s Bass All Stars and Panther Island pavilion maintains an environment safe and free of violence for all employees and patrons, with the exception of on-duty law enforcement officers, the venue prohibits the possession or use of dangerous weapons on venue property.
